We want you to love your ritual. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

2.Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Due to the personal nature of wellness products (pill cases/cutters), we cannot accept returns for items that have been used for hygiene reasons.

3.The Return Process

Shipping fees are non-refundable.Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4.Damages & Issues

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with a photo of the issue. We will make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund at no cost to you.
