All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. During this time, we carefully inspect, polish, and package your items for their journey. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

2.Shipping Times

Delivery typically takes 7–13 business days, depending on your location. On average, most orders arrive within 9 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery times are estimates. Factors such as customs clearance or carrier delays—though rare—are outside of our direct control.

3.Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order.

4.Order Tracking

Stay updated every step of the way. Once your package ships, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can follow its progress right to your door.

5.Delays & Exceptions

While we strive for punctuality, please understand that delays may occasionally occur due to public holidays, extreme weather, or customs processing. Umi Dew is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or local customs authorities.

6.Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking info shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please contact us immediately at support@umidew.com. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Please note that refunds or replacements can only be processed once the carrier confirms the issue.
